Nu Chapter Relies 100% on Your Support

At the beginning of this annual fund giving year, which began on January 1, 2016, we set a goal to receive $5,000 from 50 donors. We are now halfway through the giving year and have received one donation from H. Samuelson ’60. Though we don’t currently have an active chapter, Nu Chapter relies 100% on alumni donations to keep you in the loop with communications and host future alumni events such as football tailgates and reunions.  Please consider making your donation today.

Five Reasons to Give Back:

1. Pride in 406 S. Pugh St.—It’s a structure that has seen hundreds of young men and women come of age and is a beautiful, comfortable space for our members to study and live in. Its walls hold thousands of memories and it deserves top-of-the-line care.

2. Penn State Football Weekends—With the 2016 football season upon us, there will be plenty of opportunities to come back to Happy Valley to watch our Nittany Lions pave the way to victory. With alumni support, we’d love to hold a tailgate or two.

3. Homecoming—These were some of the best years of our lives, so come back and relive them! Don’t miss this weekend full of food, tailgates, football in Beaver Stadium and reconnecting with brothers and their families.

4. Get All of the Latest News—AXE isn’t just for our college years, it’s a part of you forever. It’s family. Staying connected is very important, and so easy to do with our alumni website, eLetters and newsletters coming straight to your door. All you need to do is keep your contact information up-to-date.

5. Alumni Guidance—The young men and women initiated into Nu Chapter are often under 20 years of age. During our years as active members, there was reassurance in knowing that alumni were there for us. Now, as alumni, we understand we cannot ask a lifetime of experience from young men who are just now learning what leadership truly means. We must show them, as the members who came before us showed us.
